Colleen Anstey: Medical Herbalist

I find all my clients interesting and relish the challenge of finding many workable and individual solutions for each person. I have worked with a wide range of conditions & I believe the person not a disease or condition is the starting point of treatment. Tonic herbs, healthy food, enough rest and recreation, enjoyable exercise, fresh air, clean water are some of the best options for feeling wellness & to regain a balance.

I have a special interest in treating acute infections (eg. colds, flu, respiratory infections)

I have a special interest in acute infections (eg. cold, flu, coughs and common respiratory infections) because in my experience this type of infection responds very well to herbal treatment and prevents the reoccurrence of symptoms.

Other areas of interest are the effects of stress, anxiety, all digestive issues, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances and haemochromatosis.
